I have been taking all my vehicles to Auto Pros Car Care in Oregon City for about 2-3 years now. I love this company. Every single employee of Auto Pros I have dealt with has been friendly and knowledgeable. The repairs to my vehicles have been handled in a professional and timely manner. I find prices to be competitive and fair. I love the thorough review and analysis done on the each vehicle I bring in for service. The review shows me what needs to be done and why it needs to be done. Often with pictures showing the issue so I can see what is happening. Makes it easy for me a non mechanic type person to understand. Communication has always been great. I am consulted with at each step, and always know what we agree to do and how much that service will be. Furthermore this company stands behind their work. Had a seal go out a year after my differential was replaced. I had simply brought my car in for its regular oil change and did not even know the seal was an issue. Auto Pros found the issue, told me about it, told me they would handle it UNDER WARRANTY at no cost to me, and then replaced the seal. I did not even have to ask. They just did the right thing. I recommend this company to all my family and friends. Do yourself a favor and give this company a try. You will be glad you did.

This place is amazing and doesnt stress me out like other auto shops.. they let you know up front how much cost is, and no surprises. No pressure here which I love. Prices are very reasonable compared if I went somewhere else it would be costing way more. All around the 2x I came here was treated very well. I will definitely be coming back. Sadie was also amazing thank you for all your help.

Had my 06 Dodg diesel truck there a few times for repair. A lot better than the car dealership where they had my truck for 3 days. They didn't fix my truck and I had two ded battery's when I picked it up. And it still cost me a hundred bucks to get my truck back. One good thing about Auto Proes they do good work for a fair price and always been able to fix what they work on . Only problem I've had was the new starter solenoid went bad after only a week they had me bring it back in the fallowing day and replaced the starter again. No more starting problems. Thanks Auto Proes .
