This is by far the most capable, quality, and honest shop I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. I have complete confidence in taking both my son and I's cars there.

I recently had my oil changed here at Auto Pros and it was fast, affordable, and a clean environment. What I liked most about working with Auto Pros is that it is locally owned, operated, and I didn't feel pressured into services that I did not need. I will be back when my truck needs more care.

TLDR; Honest, prompt, friendly, insightful, courteous, reliable and inexpensive. I had an awesome experience with this business. I called over the weekend and left a message (they are closed Sat/Sun) and they called me back first thing Monday morning. It was almost as if they valued my business! They told me that they didn't have time to look at the issue until Tuesday, so I brought it in the next morning meaning I didn't have to wait around needlessly for hours. It’s nice when a business recognizes the value of your time. They called me later that day to let me know that they had diagnosed the problem and when I asked specific questions about it was able to talk directly to the mechanic so he could explain. I’m not overly knowledgeable of cars but the mechanic did his best to make sure I understood the issue and what was needed to get it fixed. I asked them to look at a few other things I thought might be a concern but when I went to pick my car up on Wednesday morning, they said everything looked fine. I think this speaks volumes about the honesty and integrity of these guys. There were no hidden fees when I received my bill, the amount they quoted me was the amount I paid. I was genuinely surprised at how fair their pricing was and I will certainly be back the next time I need to get my car checked out. Now one of the reasons that I chose this mechanic was because they had a perfect 5-star rating with 21 reviews. Twenty-one people had nothing but lovely things to say about them. Sadly, between my google search and now some maroon left a 1-star review. I am in no way affiliated with Auto Pros but I had such a wonderful experience I feel like this needs to be addressed. Having a mechanic look at a used car is obviously a good idea but there are many factors when checking out a car's vitality. They were nice enough to fix some things for you FOR FREE yet you still left a 1 star review? This is above and beyond what any other mechanic I know would do for a customer. They tried, in good faith, to help you and you looked that gift horse in the mouth and spit in its face. Shame on you. I’m sure at least 21 other people would agree with me that they would down-vote your “review” if they could. All in all, I highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

I am a long term customer of Auto Pros Car Care. Ryan and his mechanics have always been honest with me and gotten my car fixed asap. They don't overcharge and give fair prices. If you want your car fixed quickly and for cheap, and don't want to be lied to about what really needs fixing, this is the place to go.

Trustworthy, honest, reliable. I’ve taken my Subaru here for a few major repairs. I don’t know much about cars but my trust in these guys is high. They are not out to make a buck. They will tell you what your car needs and doesn’t need. Communication is strong and the sense of trust is high. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The Portland location as well as the Oregon City location treats me with respect and fairness. A+
