WE had the BEST experience with Ryan! Two years ago we broke down on the way to the coast.A friend in Portland highly recommended Auto pros.Ryan had ourtruck fixed within 2 hours of taking it to his shop.This week on the way to Portland my engine light came on and Ryan came to my sisters house and diagnosed the problem.I took it to his shop and it was fixed as quick as possible.He is a very honest person and did not charge and exuberant price.We feel so blessed and honored to know him.Thank you Ryan and team. Awesome experience at Auto Pros! Ryan was able to do a pre inspection on a used car I wanted to buy (on a Saturday!) for half the price of the first place I called. Highly recommend. Will be using his other shop closer to home in SW from now on.

This place is amazing! I couldn't recommend a better mechanic. They are fast and efficient, as well they have fantastic customer service. They also have a cute little pup waiting to greet you.

Elite '2020 Elite '2020 This is actually a review for the shop on Washington in Oregon City, but since they don't have a separate Yelp page I'll have to leave my review here. Ryan is probably one of the most kind and decent human beings I've met in a long time. He's fixed my husband's old beater a few times, replacing the oil line, checked out weird noises, etc. Last night I got a flat 2 miles from home in the dark during high traffic and I wasn't sure I could drive my Jeep up the steep hill we live on without causing further damage. It was after-hours but I called Auto Pro's just in case someone would be there and Ryan answered! They don't service tires but he said he'd open the garage door and to come on by and he'd see if he could air it up or put the spare on for me. He did the latter and we chatted the whole time. He wouldn't accept payment and was so very gracious. I owe him repeat business and a tip. Seriously, you won't regret taking your vehicle to his shop.

Ryan is a true dedicated business owner. I can tell you that he does whatever it takes to fix your car. He cares about the customer and demonstrates great customer service.
