Elite '2020 Elite '2020 This is actually a review for the shop on Washington in Oregon City, but since they don't have a separate Yelp page I'll have to leave my review here. Ryan is probably one of the most kind and decent human beings I've met in a long time. He's fixed my husband's old beater a few times, replacing the oil line, checked out weird noises, etc. Last night I got a flat 2 miles from home in the dark during high traffic and I wasn't sure I could drive my Jeep up the steep hill we live on without causing further damage. It was after-hours but I called Auto Pro's just in case someone would be there and Ryan answered! They don't service tires but he said he'd open the garage door and to come on by and he'd see if he could air it up or put the spare on for me. He did the latter and we chatted the whole time. He wouldn't accept payment and was so very gracious. I owe him repeat business and a tip. Seriously, you won't regret taking your vehicle to his shop.

Ryan is a true dedicated business owner. I can tell you that he does whatever it takes to fix your car. He cares about the customer and demonstrates great customer service.

I had my starter replaced by Auto Pros in August. I moved cross-country a month later and my BRAND NEW starter died tragically in the middle of South Philadelphia. Unable to simply drive back to Auto Pros for another replacement, I called to let them know what happened. They were very proactive about mailing me a flyer with information about a warranty that they though might cover the cost of replacing it yet again. I was reimbursed for all parts and labor within a week!

Ryan is a quick, honest, and reliable mechanic. He doesn't push repairs on my old truck I don't need and has been very thorough with anything it does. This is where to go to heal your vehicle.
