Sadie was terrific. Called the shop after my 85yo mother's GMC began stalling and sputtering. She had us bring it in the very next morning and had it diagnosed and fixed by midafternoon. She took time to explain everything to my mom and give her options. Efficient, kind, and thorough. Great experience.
